    Little room for career progression

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Lovely friendly environment to work in. You're in a big team and everyone helps everyone. The management are very helpful you can come to them with anything. It's well organised. You had changing rooms and lockers which helps

    Cons

No cons! I loved it. You need to buy your own lock for your locker so make sure you have somewhere safe you can keep your key when you're at work - trousers with pockets are a must!

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Wimbledon as a contractor

    Pros

Friendly environment, management staff very helpful and friendly, fun temporary work during the championships.

    Cons

Multiple rules and regulations (eg. not allowed to give extra plastic bags to customers), very limited break times and on your feet all day.

    Advice to Management

To give more direction to the team leaders in terms of what they want for them (some individuals go straight into a team leader role without any understanding of the job)
