Obsolete dilapidated automated machinery with very poor manuals and documentation; half the time troubleshooting is spent reverse-engineering 30 year vintage electronics, controls, & wiring. Dangerous environment; they had yet to control the concentration level of airborne talcum powder, so it concentrates inside of electrical panels, on top of horizontal surfaces, causing spontaneous flash fires. Production time always trumps maintenance downtime, and thus causes these dangerous situations and a technical support nightmare in literal fire fighting mode. Winpak is a conglomerate; this location was acquired and may not reflect the business sense of the parent company.
