      Co-workers are great. Benefits are great. Get to help people find work.

      Cons

      Leadership is stuck in the 80's, very authoritarian, not keeping up with today's work force. Numbers oriented, not really customer focused.

      The process to support workers is broken, they hire people that lack professional experience and unfair hiring practices by hiring only within referrals. And their system to date isn't setup to help workers re-enter the workforce.
