    I worked at Workway full-time

    Pros

I gained so much knowledge as a professional working at Workway. It's a great staffing agency and I had a blast working there. We are like a little family, but still productive. I am excited to see what this company does in the next couple of years. Sad I had to leave.

    Cons

No cons. What you put into it is what you're going to get out of it.

    Pros

Got hired quickly and was able to adapt quickly

    Cons

After a few days training at corporate, when I arrived at branch on day one, my desk was filthy, computer had problems. Had to clean off my own desk and remove some of the catch-all stuff on desk, unfortunately manager and staff didn't seem to care.
