    Pros

The people - smart, dedicated, and hard working. Many people are still there from when the company was a startup in 1999, which demonstrates the buy-in many people had to the vision of the company. Pretty good work/life balance, with 23 PTO days a year, many holidays off, holiday between Christmas & New Years Day off, and the ability to work from home.

    Cons

Not a lot of ability to increase skill set by participating in different projects, inner circle clique, foreigners relegated to limited duties. Limited room for advancement. Overall business model limited to broadcast new media revenue is flawed and should be open to other sectors of media and other industries.

    Advice to Management

Pursue business in industries outside of media, as to not be a slave to them when companies don't renew licenses and leave, taking their business elsewhere.

    Pros

The working environment is best when it comes to the staff. They are hard working and very friendly.

    Cons

The limited resources to perform many tasks. Departments slowly loose staff while new managers come and go with every season.

    Advice to Management

Improve your staffs moral with salary increases instead of hiring managers who assume to know about the business.

I have been working at WorldNow full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great work environment, flexible schedule, excellent work-life balance, PTO and holiday policy, great employees, CEO & management teams very approachable, employee appreciation events, growth potential

    Cons

No contribution to 401k & High health insurance premiums

    Advice to Management

Continue to support; competitve compensation, more team building activities and ongoing interdepartmental communications.

I have been working at WorldNow full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company culture is great. There are lots of talented, dedicated people, but it's a relaxed environment. Management is super responsive and individual innovation is encouraged. The product is fun to work on and the company is strategically positioned. Overall, an exciting place to be.

    Cons

Like most tech companies that are growing quickly, you'll only get as much direction and responsibility as you decide to take on yourself. If you're used to or dependent on the extremely structured environment of a big corporation then this isn't for you.

    Advice to Management

They could benefit from more rigorous training programs for new employees. Then again, these could get in the way of the more independent-minded employees. For the most part, there is a good balance, but only once you have found a comfortable role in the company.

Great company to work for. Admire the CEO. Great co-workers that challenges me each day and were driven to succeed. I highly recommend this company. Great Growth Potential

    Cons

Marketing. Perhaps bad hires or bad budget allocation. Either way Worldnow has not received the recognition it deserves. It is an industry leader that does not receive enough credit

    Advice to Management

    Focus on Marketing
