      Owners of the company are kind hearted people

      Cons

      Head of department (few of them) are power hungry, hypocrites and extremely insecure bunch of people. They will never allow their subordinates to grow for their selfish motives. Vibrant and aspiring employees get frustrated and leave. House full of dirty politics only due to few oldies in the system.

      Overall Great culture and nice peers. Good organisation to work with.

      Lesser thought leaders I have seen and more doers. Senior leaders tend to get insecure of new talent and suppress it.
