Very fortunate to work for such a Great Organization

-Its quite a while I have been working for this company but the culture of the company makes you feel that you are also an important part of the company, -Its not like we do the job for someone or something , we feel like its our company and feel more responsible. - Company understands work life balance and actually respects. -Company provides a great opportunity of encouraging new ideas and listen to us. - The foremost unique culture of the company is there is no bossism its all about team work every one gets an equal opportunity. - You will be recognized for all the efforts you keep and it makes you feel its worth it. -Company treat you with empathy here mind plays a partial role in understanding others. - After joining in the company you would understand how lucky you are being a part of it.
Cons
So far I haven't come across any corns of the company , company never let the pressure reach to employees by any means what may ever the situation would be.
