Pros

Easy job to sell services if nobody else offers it in area. Internet Services are a necessity nowadays. Store closes at a decent time.

Cons

Management does not like seeing people succeed. If you earn an excellent amount of commission, you will be investigated. Most of your colleagues are slackers. Some of your colleagues will throw you under the bus to ensure they get paid - ie: followup with your leads when you are away. High turnover.

Pros

One pro; it’s a job.

Cons

The bad definitely outweighed the good after 2023. Leadership market management and above is poor. They lack communication and when they don’t agree with you or your expressed sentiments they will target you and fire you. They start to utilize people in your immediate surroundings to build a case and not give you any information or proof as to what was found. They will only inform you that you no longer work there. Little to no work/life balance, where as upper management can go days without communicating. It has become a disastrous place to work for.
