    Pros

    A lot of autonomy in the marketing department so I was very happy with the work.

    Cons

    Low salary and an oppressive working environment.

    Advice to Management

    Run your Philippine office like you would in the US with fair salaries and without armed guards who search you. pay a living wage to the exploited Philipino staff.

    Okay for starting your career

    Cons

    - no internet even for inhouse web developers
    - fires you immediately without warning
    - you work 6 days a week if you don't get target
    - only Caucasians get promoted
    - no career path and chances of getting promoted is next to impossible
