      Pros

      You make your own schedule, the work is simple and fun, you basically decide how much you want your paychecks to be based on the amount of effort and time you put in, and you have a great opportunity to be sociable and make connections.

      Cons

      Late nights, not the highest paying job, and must be able to handle being around drunk college students and loud music for a few hours at a time.
