      Constant changes, no time for evaluating and understanding the impact after every iteration

      Workplace to bring your own idea, to develop yourself and to enjoy the company culture

      Pros

      - They really care about the people - The team : we are like a big family and there are a lot of team activities - You can take ownership for projects and get responsibilities from day one - Transparency : everyone knows what is going on in the company - Rooftop terrace <3 + nice office space - flexible working hours and working from home

      Cons

      Would need to look for one..
