Tense work environment dealing with the pressures of a small company. When other people shout or grumble, everyone hears them. A small number of large customers puts quite a bit of strain on everyone in the company.
The Engineering team is very skilled. Highly motivated engineers. Development using Agile helps a lot. You will never get stuck. The team spirit is awesome.

pay was okay, not like that in a Big company. But i am ssuming that was onlky because t was an internship.

They treat you as if you are truly unintelligent. They had no clue what and how to sell their product and blamed sales. There is no collaboration and honesty and the level of fear in the company is very high. Way TOO much ego with nothing to support it.
