      Opportunity to travel abroad for events

      Cons

      Made redundant 1 month after buying a house, after being promised by mgmt it was not being considered, i was headhunted, used to set up a global operation then dumped when they spent too much money fixing issues caused by senior mgmt. Did not listen to expertise and i was given disciplinary for challenging assumptions, expectation is you do not challenge, even when it is part of your job to do so.

      - Challenging tasks that helps you learn new programs / functions - Work flexibility - Good communication among colleagues

      Cons

      - Lack of structure, sometimes it's hard to predict what tasks to expect, but that's something I could always discuss with my manager and share my preferences - what task I want to receive more or which function I want to explore more
