Pros
I glad to work with tmedia business solution. I worked their from december 2022 to nivember 2023. Here are some pros and cons which is based on my experience/opinion with tmedia business solution pvt ltd. Pros/Cons : 1. You will get exposure to work with different technologies under high pressure as per my opinion. 2. You will get exposure to do client communication if you are capable. 3. Directors are very supportive. 4. Their were no deadlines for projects, although we promised some timeline to clients. (This is due to majorly change in scope/sometime lake of resources/lake of knowledge as per my opinion.) 5. In my tenure of work mostly i didn't get my salary on time. (Example : I got my june's salary on august) 6. At my time they didn't have devops engineer for last 2-3 months approx. So you need to handle that part also. So if you need interest in devops then it good for you. But you need to handle all the things together. So that's little bit hard in my opinion. 7. At my time they didn't have tester for initial 6-7 months approx, after that we got the experienced tester but with very less knowledge in testing as per my opinion. (Example : They initially didn't have idea about the difference between textarea and textobx/checkbox,radio button,switch difference. So it's little bit hard for us to work wih them. Although they are hard working person, but very less knowledge. Based on this developers need to test the things by them self.) 8. Somethime you need to work on tech which you ever don't heard about. So at some point client gets to know this, so their might be possibility of loosing client. 9. Sometime they forced me to work even i am not able to move from my bed due to health issue. ( I had chest pain at that time. ) 10. They initally give me work from home for some reason. After that i have some health issue, so they extended my work from home. Which is good for me. 11. As per my opinion you need to do overtime due to scope change/bugs/devops related work. Because at my time they didn't have proper tester for most of the time and they didn't have tester for last 2-3 months approx. 12. I appreciate our hr team, they were also handling the project as we can say Manager/BDM. Sometime it's hard to them for organizing the things in my opinion. I think for this they need some seperate person for handling this things in my opinion. So this are my opinion for the company. These are my opinions and persnoal experiences at Tmedia business solution pvt ltd. My intension for writing this to provide honest reviews about the company based on my opinions and experiences. So after that you can decide wether this company fits for you or not before joining the company. If anyone have any kind of issue related to this review you can reply to this and i will answer you. Let me know if i am wrong at any point or you find something fake in the review. I am happy to remove fake points. My intension is not to defame here anyone. Just sharing my experience for others.
