I worked at vCustomer full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary is competitive if you have Overtimes. They had great pay if you will track what you have rendered.

    Cons

Overtimes are very tiring. My account is an online shopping account and it was very stressful specially BEr mos. You really need to work as hard as you can. There's no personal growth because I believe that politics runs in this company. One of my colleagues was promoted since he is handsome and my boss is gay and he likes him so much. Good for him that he's good looking :P office culture is somewhat good at the very start but later on you need to also get through the people. Just don't listen to hearsays. People here are like the ones on a talkshow, very funny but true. Though your not popular they will make stories so they will talk about you until you were push down thru your limit.

    Advice to Management

Be realistic with your employees. They are not robots that you could just reprimanded on. Always think what employees would feel not only meeting the target with the clients. We need to rest also.
