    Continuos organization and role changes impact in the performance of business and corporate climate. The company sistems ar so akward and beeing so burocratic recude drasticaly the peaple productivity.
    Salary's are tipicaly below competitors.

    Simplify procces, invest big money in IT (software&infrastructe) to increase productivity.
