Female power at AutoScout24! Our colleagues Aleksandra Marschner, Selina Irmen, Ann-Katrin Goehler, Laura Chinellato, Daniela Campos, Dr. Nadine Fischer of our User Growth product team are happy to finally meet in person at one of our "market places" in the office, to discuss about new projects. Although most of the AutoScouts are currently working remotely, some of us come to the office on a voluntary basis – always keeping enough distance, of course. It was great to see you, ladies!

Our Talent Acquisition Manager Jennifer Galster will be speaking at the Sourcing Summit on December 10th at 14:50 CET. She will share her experience and knowledge on how #recruiters can deal with the pressure of having to deliver candidates. In her presentation she will approach the topic strategically and from her personal point of view. Jennifer's main approach is gathering knowledge in areas that neighbor recruiting and how to use these insights to develop sourcing and recruiting methods. She studied Online Journalism to integrate this communication know-how into employer branding topics which are strongly connected to hiring. Julia Purschke started at AutoScout24 as a working student and is now in charge of the content and community management of our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. In the company, she is well-known for her communication skills and the knowledge about cars that she has gained due to her great interest in vehicles since a young age. We did it! AutoScout24 did it. We're are independent since the first of April. Therefore everyone of our new (and old) AS24 colleagues got a new branded hoodie and a lot of other freebee-stuff. But why pack it up then? According to our back-to-the-office initiative of course not all colleagues can come back to the office in this tough times. But we want them also feeling connected to our brand. That's why our C-Level Managers volunteered to help out here and sent all the presents to our colleagues.
