We are very excited to be working on The Senator Villas Design-Build Project, a highly anticipated 23-Unit affordable senior living facility. All areas in the facility will be accessible to persons with disabilities, a vital component of the design. The building will accommodate 27 parking spaces and sustainable building measures will provide long term savings of maintenance costs and energy efficiency.

Suntrax Project - a combined toll and autonomous vehicle testing facility is finally taking shape! BCC Engineering is proud to have contributed to developing the roadway plans for the entrance road; conceptual design for a future access road; plans and calculations for 2 wet detention ponds, open channel and storm drain systems; foundation design for a tunnel under the track; and permitting.
