Beacon’s mission to ‘Deliver outstanding care, inspire health and connect with heart’ depends on every person in our organization being committed to the service to others. To ensure the fulfillment of our mission, Beacon made changes to some of our wage rates. We started by raising the base entry-level pay to $15/hour. This change will affect current associates and all new hires across more than 170 different titles at all Beacon entities. -Effective October 10th, 2021
