Boozt welcomed MBA students from the USC Marshall School of Business focused on piloting the integration of the RE-ZIP - Reusable packaging into hashtag#Boozt's logistics flow. A group of students visited the Boozt HQ office to discuss their progress on their Boozt business case. It was a great day focused on hashtag#circularity challenges for the e-com business model where the MBA students shared their insights and experiences from their careers. Our guests from California also got the chance to be inspired by Gloria Tramontana, Head of Sustainability and ESG, presenting on Boozt’s work with hashtag#sustainability. Re-Zip presented their business idea and how a partnership with Boozt might look. Tobias Sjölin, CTO for Boozt Fulfilment & Logistics and Stina Edholm, Logistics Project Manager gave an overview of the Boozt Fulfilment Centre to generate ideas on how the Re-Zip packaging could be integrated into the operations. Finally; Harald Tvedt, Club & Loyalty Manager presented on Club Boozt, the progress and plans ahead. We look forward to seeing the result of the final business case in late April.
"Early Morning Ride to Success This morning, before the workday began, I embarked on an awesome mountain biking adventure with my colleagues from our office in Lithuania. The route was dotted with challenging hills, but the sense of accomplishment after conquering each one was unparalleled. 🚵 From the vantage point of one of the hills, we caught a glimpse of the Lithuanian President’s residence, a sight to behold amidst our exertions. The entire workout spanned approximately one and a half hours, marking a new experience for me. I’m grateful for the company-provided mountain bikes that made this possible. It’s not every day that you get to join a training session that energizes your body and spirit before diving into work. 💪 This experience has reinforced my belief that pushing beyond our comfort zones, whether in sports or in our professional lives, leads to growth and new perspectives.
