MEET THE BOOZTER - Nanna Bill Andersen Meet Nanna, an astrophysicist who is currently spearheading AI initiatives at Boozt. With her team, Nanna is using technology to automate tasks and accelerate the movement of goods. “My view of Boozt is that technology takes centre stage. We own all the data, and this allows us to shape it into whatever we want. Even as we grow larger, no one ever says no. Today we published our Q1 report for 2023. We are pleased to share that Boozt delivers solid growth and industry-leading profitability for the first quarter of 2023. “I remain optimistic about our Nordic Department Store strategy, and see ample opportunities for growth. I am proud of our team’s resilience in tackling challenges and driving our business forward and pleased that we are able to reconfirm our outlook for 2023,” CEO & co-founder Hermann Haraldsson. A few highlights include: Net revenue of SEK 1,525 million and Group net revenue growth of 7.1%. Gross margin of 38.5% (39.3). Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) has improved to a score of 57 (Q1 2022: 46). MEET: FREDERIK BRING How has Boozt allowed you to develop in your role? “What I really enjoy about my job is that I work with great colleagues. Getting to know different departments, different colleagues - that is really motivating and educating as a young professional. The biggest impact on my development is that I work with a lot of very skilled and competent colleagues from a lot of teams and departments across the whole Boozt Group. People who know their area of expertise super well. I feel like I learn something new everyday.
