We're hiring! Customer Onboarding Project Manager Bravo Store Systems is looking for an exceptional Customer Onboarding Project Manager to join our Customer Support Team. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Bravo’s Software as a Service (SaaS) to small, medium, and enterprise companies. You'll lead the end-to-end onboarding process for Bravo’s SaaS platform, ensuring timely and successful implementation for clients of varying sizes. This role requires strong project management skills, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric approach to drive product adoption and satisfaction. As an Onboarding Project Manager, you'll collaborate with team members to coordinate implementations while communicating across departments including Development, Support, and Sales. You'll manage daily customer interactions, set appropriate expectations, identify project risks, and actively work toward solutions for any challenges. This role requires maintaining organizational effectiveness by supporting strategic goals during implementation, helping customers build confidence through change, and demonstrating intellectual curiosity with the ability to quickly learn new concepts. You'll contribute to onboarding improvements while cultivating a positive, collaborative attitude throughout the process.
