With nearly 15 years of Broadleaf experience, Claudia has served as a trusted advisor to some of our organization’s largest and most high-profile clients. In developing and implementing customer service strategies and comprehensive delivery plans, Claudia is a key cog in promoting Broadleaf’s A Client Experience model for our customers.

With vast experience in the staffing and talent acquisition space, Tha’Wann has developed a knack for building relationships and connecting candidates to suitable employment opportunities. Her background in contingent workforce program management has helped her to become a trusted talent resource in supporting some of Broadleaf’s largest West coast clients.
Lynne Marie Finn, President and CEO of Broadleaf Results—an Aleron company—has been accepted into Forbes Human Resources Council, an invitation-only community for HR executives across all industries. Lynne was vetted and selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of her experience. Criteria for acceptance include a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics, as well as personal and professional achievements and honors.
