We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jennifer DiGiovanna to Partner! Jennifer is a proven leader with nearly two decades of advisory and audit expertise, including a four-year tenure as a Managing Director at CNM. In her expanded role, she will lead CNM’s Internal Controls and SOX Advisory practice in our NYC office and support the firm’s continued expansion in the greater New York City region and abroad. We are excited to announce that we have expanded our leadership team with the addition of Octavio Dossi Neto as Direct Admit Partner! Dossi Neto, who brings 20 years of audit and accounting experience to the firm, will lead CNM's Internal Controls & SOX service line in our Orange County office and support the region's Accounting & Transaction Advisory practice. With Partner Beatrice Leong, a 19-year veteran of CNM, leading the way, our Malaysia office will seamlessly integrate into the broader CNM team. This new office will reflect our core culture and values, focusing on people, open and honest communication, and a passion for excellence. The new office in Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle will provide CNMLLP the ability to advance our global position, offer additional opportunities and support for current and future clients, and diversify the professional development of CNM team members.

We are excited to announce upcoming leadership changes at CNM LLP, as our #CNMFamily continues to grow and expand. Since 2003, we have grown to more than 150 employees across four offices, tripling our growth in the past five years. Nathan Matthews, who has served as Managing Partner for the past 18 years, has been appointed Executive Chair and will continue focusing on the things he's most passionate about: our people and culture, strategy, and relationship building. Sanjay Sheth, a 15-year veteran of CNM, has been named Managing Partner and will lead our Partner group, focusing on developing our leaders, fostering our unique culture, spearheading strategic planning, and inspiring our teams. Beatrice Leong, the firm's first official employee and long-time member of our Leadership team, will steer CNM's first international expansion into Asia in 2023, as we expand our footprint globally. We congratulate Nathan, Sanjay, and Bea and all that they've accomplished, as we look ahead to a bright and exciting future!
