This year’s October team outing was an unforgettable day of fierce fun, fabulous food, and fiery battles. 🪖💥 Our #eliteforce arrived for our third annual Paintball event with an even bigger and bolder squad, ready to dominate the field. From strategizing to capture the flag, to discovering creative new tactics to protect the president, our afternoon capers were surefire proof that #teamwork makes the dream work! 🤝 🎖️ Our newly built bonds will also go a long way to make us an even stronger, more unstoppable force in our day-to-day operations. 🚀

From creepy-cool pumpkin designs and Halloween treats to an office scavenger hunt, it’s been a spooktacular success! 🕷️ 🕸️ 🍬 🧟But wait, there’s more! Our Fright Force brought their A-game to the annual costume contest, and everyone looked BOO-tiful. 👻Congratulations to the winners, Joey Poole as Colonel Sanders, Aniya Young and Jasmin Atienza as characters from Men in Black, and Sean Welling as Arthur Read. 🏆
This month, Cloudforce had the pleasure of hosting a dynamic group of over 30 students from the Southern Management Leadership Program (SMLP)🎓 for an event packed with inspiration, insights, and innovation. Joined by their SMLP leader, Sara Herald, the students were treated to an afternoon of valuable information and advice through several presentations, technology showcases, one-on-one discussions, and a panel session answering questions about career paths in the cloud consulting field. 💼 💻 💡 Dedicated to developing impactful, creative, and inspiring local leaders, SMLP is a three-year scholarship and educational program that supports, develops, and graduates ethical leaders who want to energize and give back to their local communities. Following an entrepreneurship track, students complete their associate's degree at either Prince George's Community College or Montgomery College and their bachelor's degree at the University of Maryland, College Park. 🚀 🧑🎓 Our team was genuinely impressed by the students' enthusiasm and potential. In fact, Cloudforce is already benefiting from one exceptional, talented SMLP graduate, James L. Poindexter Jr., who recently joined us as an associate engineer. 👨💻 We now look forward to welcoming more outstanding SMLP graduates to our growing #eliteforce! 🤝
Cloudforce Rises High 🚀 Ever in pursuit of our company values of passion, #excellence, and #growth 🌱, Cloudforce executive leadership recently retreated to the shores of Virginia Beach 🏖 for a 3-day offsite workshop to help define, align, and refine our next chapter of objectives 📖 💫. This first-ever leadership offsite was an ideal opportunity to examine recent successes, evaluate initiatives, and proactively identify paths to improvement 📈. In true Cloudforce tradition, it was also a chance to build teamwork across departments with a proper dose of glee! 🍻
Back(pack)ing Bright Futures, One Zip at a Time! 🎒🌟 As part of our commitment to #givingback, Cloudforce joined hands with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington (BGCGW) to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in their Prince George's County program for Fall 2023. 🙌 Our #eliteforce came together with participants from the #community, to fulfill BGCGW’s total targeted need of 150 packed backpacks, each filled with essential supplies and inspiring handwritten notes of encouragement for these bright young minds. It was a day of teamwork, compassion, and joy as we worked to ensure that every backpack was prepared with love and care. ✏️📒🤍 A huge shoutout to BGCGW for their invaluable partnership, and our community members, Wave Welcome and Microsoft’s BAM, who helped make this event a resounding success. Together, we are creating a brighter future for the next generation, one backpack at a time. 🌟📚
