Planning Committee for the upcoming Positive Options Summit in Nashville.
We have experienced a productive couple of months while preparing for the launch of the National Association of Dual Diagnosis (NADD) training for Direct Support Professionals and Program Managers. Our focus was on employees holding Director of Residential roles, Quality Assurance oversight roles, and Program Specialist roles. The objective was to provide a two-day training session that strengthens the connection between our frontline and administrative teams. Our ultimate aim is to train more than 600 employees and equip them with a NADD certification, ensuring that our support continues to effectively address the complex needs of the individuals we serve.
