We are excited to announce that Cornerstone has been named a Top Workplace in the USA for 2023, as well as Top Workplace in the following categories for Cultural Excellence: Leadership Compensation and Benefits Work-Life Flexibility Purpose and Values The award was based on anonymous employee surveys conducted by Energage, a third-party survey group. More than 70% of our team members provided feedback that contributed to the final results. We hope that these results further illustrate how much value and importance we place on our Purpose Statement: To Provide a Better Place for People to Work.
As many of you know, a tornado touched down in Rolling Fork, MS last weekend, causing some serious destruction with 25 people killed and many others injured. The city of Olive Branch has been working alongside the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency and collecting donations for survivors. Members of our Cornerstone team stepped up and made contributions to the cause.
