Brenda is a renowned triathlete and triple world champion (2015, 2016 and 2017) who was also part of the Mexican national team in the 2021 Paralympic Games in Tokyo. She shared her experiences with #TeamAAM at an on-site event which was recorded and shared with associates from our Guanajuato Manufacturing Complex and Ramos Manufacturing Complex, also in Mexico.

#TeamAAM from our facilities in Asia, Europe, North America and South America recently participated in two-day unconscious bias workshops with diversity and inclusion expert Dr. Steve Robbins. Associates learned about the origins and effects of unconscious bias, the importance of inclusion, strategies for mitigating unconscious bias and more. In-person sessions were held at our Europe Headquarters and Engineering Center in Langen, Germany as well as our Guanajuato Manufacturing Complex in Mexico, while #TeamAAM in other countries tuned in virtually.
