Our colleagues in North America observed the #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth in May. The team planned an on-site yoga activity which aimed to provide mental clarity, reduce stress, and improve decision-making. Colleagues were provided with a gratitude journal to discover the power of positivity by taking small steps. They were encouraged to spend two to three minutes in the morning and evening to integrate gratitude on a day-to-day basis. An art space was also created where colleagues can go for a restorative moment of quiet. To add a little fun to an average work day, our colleagues also arranged art and colour supplies, diffuser for calmness, and pillows. Our people are our greatest strength. Our aim is to create meaningful experiences, small and big, to enable colleagues to contribute to their full potential.
At our Shreveport facility, we divert our waste from the landfills to our in-house recycling facility, with no extra cost to the company. Let’s create less waste and work towards a sustainable, eco-friendly future. #WorldEnvironmentDay

Individual Development is critical for our team member's growth and our organization's. Dr. Reddy’s Princeton recently launched SPHERE, a nine-month individual and supervisory skills development program for manager-level employees. Here is the team working together in Supervisory Skills! “Supervisory Skills gave me insights on the importance of feedback, communication, listening, coaching and counselling skills in a Manager. These are the seeds we need to sow in ourselves to enable us to grow as Managers.” According to SPHERE participant, Hardik - Manager, Regulatory Affairs.
