Last month, our Porto team got together at the office for our annual Popular Saints Party! 🥳 🇵🇹 This year, it was even more special: we were lucky to welcome Alex Adamopoulos, our CEO, and Lita Marnauza, VP of Engineering and Technology, to join in the celebration and experience some of our most cherished traditions — from fragrant basil pots with poetic messages to toy hammers, lively music, and, of course, Portuguese food delights! These moments remind us how powerful it is to celebrate our local culture and how amazing it is to be able to share it with our global team. ❤️ Take a look at some of the best moments!
We recently gathered in Riga for another Riga Technology Morning, focusing on the shift from project to product thinking 🚀 Many organizations still operate in project-based structures, often missing the long-term value, adaptability, and innovation that come with a product mindset. At this event, we explored how product thinking can help build stronger teams, drive smarter decisions, and create sustainable business outcomes. Our experts - Aldis Erglis, Lita Marnauza, Zigmars Rozentals, Olga Kristholde, and Irina Sitova - shared practical insights on adopting a product mindset, applying it in daily work, building product capabilities, and using customer data to drive better decisions. A big thank you to all our speakers and everyone who joined us - your energy and thoughtful questions made it a truly valuable morning! Looking forward to continuing the conversation and exploring more topics that help us grow better products, teams, and businesses 👏

What if a small walk could change a life? We believe that even the smallest steps can make the difference, that's why we took part in a Solidarity Run, organized by Porto Tech Hub and The Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto! Last Saturday, our team and other tech companies from Porto walked 4.5 km to support the non-profit Ajudaris - Associação de Solidariedade Social in their campaign "Small Gestures, Big Hearts"! ❤️ It was an incredible initiative to connect the community, spend an active and healthy morning, and bond as a team while supporting Ajudaris and its mission to promote education and inclusion and provide essential help to vulnerable children and families.
