We are proud to reflect on a successful Pride Month hosted by our LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, Epiq Pride. Epiq Pride created weekly educational content on the LGBQTIA+ community, providing practical ways to be allies in the workplace. Epiq was also a proud sponsor of Pride Beaverton in Beaverton, OR, where Epiq Pride, employees, families, and friends from Oregon and Southwest Washington built community, found representation, and shared educational resources to support LGBTQIA+ folks in the workplace. Epiq Pride also hosted an event where members could share what Pride meant to them, and on the last day of Pride, Remy spoke to our ERG members about the importance of allyship and intersectionality and how they lay the foundation for equity. Epiq Opens Centre of Excellence in Hyderabad to Support Clients Worldwide. Congratulations to Julie Koch, director of strategic accounts sales at Epiq, for being named "Best Woman in Professional Service Sales" in North America by the Women In Sales Awards (WISA)! This April, Roger Pilc joined Epiq as president and general manager of the Global Legal Solutions business. In this role, he leads strategy, business growth, service delivery, operations and product development for a broad range of product offerings including information governance, forensics, eDiscovery processing and hosting, managed document review and advanced analytics. Pilc brings to Epiq over 20 years of technology and service leadership depth and a strong record of building and transforming technology businesses. Before joining Epiq, Pilc served as executive vice president at Pitney Bowes where he led PB’s digital transformation into a cloud-based, analytics-driven provider of commerce services, software and data solutions. He previously served in numerous executive leadership roles across the software and technology-enabled services sectors. Pilc holds a B.S. from the College of Engineering and a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences from Cornell University. He has an M.S. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. We welcome Roger to Epiq!!

Deichmeister has significant experience leveraging global operational scale through process discipline and a track record of delivering exceptionally high levels of client satisfaction. She will be responsible expanding the range of solutions from business process solutions to new, technology-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO) and transformation solutions focused on law firms and expanding into corporate legal departments in the finance and banking, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and technology verticals.
