Last week, Equitrans Midstream virtually welcomed 10 interns to our Summer Internship Program! Though we are working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were excited for the opportunity to develop a virtual internship program that still fosters a successful learning environment. We are so grateful to have technology and support from our E-Train employees to keep our internships on track. This may not have been what we planned for, but we are confident it will be great for everyone! Interns, thank you in advance for your hard work and dedication as we navigate through this unprecedented time. And welcome aboard the E-Train!

Please join us in thanking the front-line essential workers for keeping the communities where we live and work safe during this pandemic.

On Friday, January 17, 2020 Equitrans Midstream employees and the high school students they mentor, taught Junior Achievement curriculum to pre-K through 5th grade classes at Carmichaels Elementary Center. The lessons were about being good citizens, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and career goals. This is a favorite day of both the elementary students and E-Train volunteers!
Happy Treecember! This holiday season, Equitrans Midstream was thrilled to partner with One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization focused on global reforestation. Through our donation, we will plant 10,000 trees in Appalachia and, in turn, remove 480,000 lbs of carbon from the atmosphere. The planting partners over at One Tree Planted implement top conservation practices to ensure these forests are maintained sustainably for many more years to come. Equitrans Midstream was proud to assist Union Township in Finleyville, PA with funding for improvements to the Veteran's Memorial Park. The donation will be used to replace the fencing within the park!
With a joint sponsorship, the EQT Foundation and Equitrans Midstream Foundation welcome the start of a new year of the ASPIRE program! ASPIRE is a mentorship and scholarship program for selected junior and senior high school students who are looking for a supportive, nurturing mentoring relationship with a professional. The program will help the students navigate the college selection process, offer career advice and guidance and provide moral support through engaging and educational activities. The mentors are employees of EQT and Equitrans Midstream who volunteer their time and talents in support of the students. Thank you to all the volunteers to help make this program possible!
