NEWS: We’re pleased to announce the appointment of acclaimed #sicklecelldisease leader, Ify Osunkwo, MD, MPH, to the executive leadership team as Forma’s Chief Patient Officer and Senior Vice President. Dr. Osunkwo will be responsible for realizing Forma’s vision in transforming the lives of patients by improving patient access and care through partnerships with global patient stakeholders. Bringing 25+ years of experience to Forma, Dr. Osunkwo is an internationally recognized expert in the research and treatment of sickle cell disease, the pediatric to adult care transition, and the management of chronic pain, with a strong passion for health equity. We’re proud to welcome Dr. Osunkwo to the team early next year and are excited for the next phase of Forma, where patients continue to be our focus.
