Today is International Pronouns Day. Referring to people by their correct pronouns is an act of dignity and respect. Addressing people by their correct pronouns is also critical to creating an inclusive work environment. At Grindr, we uphold this by giving queer allyship training to all of our new hires. The training highlights the importance of using someone's personal pronouns properly and shows the wide variety of pronouns people may use. It also ensures that everyone joining Grindr has a good understanding of how to navigate and respect personal pronouns in and out of the workplace. To learn more about personal pronoun usage, check out the International Pronouns resource guide which offers applied toolkits and history about the importance and significance of this day.

I am beyond proud to work at Grindr and thankful that we are continuing to help our community make these connections and discover their authentic selves!" -- Vinny DiGilio (He/Him), CISSP, Compliance Manager (photo taken by Leah Miessler) Coming out is the courage in sharing your truth and the faith in finding your tribe of people who embrace who you are. Happy National Coming Out Day!!!
