Earlier this week, we announced a leadership succession plan, naming Wendy Davidson as our next President and CEO, effective January 1, 2023. We are excited to welcome Wendy as our new CEO and expect a seamless management transition. Current CEO Mark Schiller has played an instrumental role in simplifying the Company and instilling greater operational discipline throughout the organization, and we are foundationally stronger as a result. We look forward to his continued contributions and insights as a member of our Board. Wendy is the right choice to lead Hain Celestial through our next phase of growth and we look forward to welcoming her to Hain in January.

Hain’s Bentonville team recently volunteered with Feed the Children, one of the leading anti-hunger organizations. Our team helped organize the event and packed bags of Hain products and distributed them to the local families. Feed the Children also engaged their local partner, Feed the 479, and donated over $100,000 worth of food and essentials to 320 local families in the Bentonville/Rogers community. Hain has been donating food to Feed the Children for many years and is proud to support its no hunger holidays campaign. This partnership helps Hain achieve its community ESG goals by ensuring that all unsold products that are fit to use go to someone in need.
Thank you Veterans for your Service and Sacrifice.
Hain Celestial recently published its 2022 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Update which details the progress we’ve made against the ESG goals we set last year regarding climate, packaging, and diversity and inclusion. When we published our 2021 ESG Strategy, we worked to develop measurable, specific and time bound goals to hold ourselves accountable and prioritize transparency. We are focused on improving our metrics, further developing a culture of ESG for all functions, and bringing our regional businesses and brands together to support our ESG strategy.
