Through our D&I council, we recently formed our Global Employee Resource Group for our LGBTQ+ employees and allies, called Love, Hain. As we celebrate Pride Month, Love, Hain will be hosting a series of events and activities for our team members to recognize and celebrate LGBTQ+ lives, history, and culture- while learning how to be supportive allies. Our Shared Services team had a wonderful time volunteering at Pronto of Long Island! @prontolongisland is a non-profit organization that provides food, clothing, household goods, and furniture to people in need in Long Island. Hain’s Shared Services team spent the day packing bags, delivering food and loading and unloading trucks with supplies. We are grateful for the opportunity to support this amazing cause and to learn more about their work. Thank you Pronto for all that you do! #OneHainTeam #volunteerday

A special thank you to Hain's employee resource group, The Women's Leadership Network, who continue to amplify how women can advance in the workplace. Our Women's Leadership Network currently has 30 members and continues to grow each day.
Today, March 8th, we are celebrating International Women’s Day. "International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality. The IWD 2023 #EmbraceEquity campaign theme seeks to get the world talking about why "equal opportunities are no longer enough" - and can in fact be exclusionary, rather than inclusive.” We celebrated at each of Hain's locations and decorated in purple in support of this very special day.
