Sahar Jessa’s advice for navigating consulting is simple: be a duck. There are moments where you do not have the answer, where the pace is high, or where things do not go as planned. What matters is how you respond. Staying steady, continuing to learn, and not letting every challenge throw you off course. That mindset shows up in how she approaches her work day to day. Rather than trying to have all the answers, she focuses on listening, asking questions, and learning quickly across new situations. It also shapes how she builds relationships, because for Sahar, the strongest connections (and the best work) come from being genuine and actually caring about the people you are working with. Her perspective captures what it takes to grow in an environment where you are constantly learning. Read more about Sahar’s journey at Level5 below:
Customer expectations in insurance are being redefined by digital experiences across industries. Effective customer journeys need to reflect both what customers need and how they feel at the moments that matter most. In this video, we revisit past work with one of our clients to share the six steps behind the customer journey approach Level5 uses to design informed, differentiated customer experiences. We also share where we see the greatest opportunities for insurers to stand out. At Level5, we partner with insurance leaders as trusted advisors, helping shape the right strategies and the commitment required to deliver them in practice. If you are looking to build a more differentiated and sustainable competitive position, we would welcome the conversation.
For more than 20 years, Level5 has built a strong brand within Canada’s strategy consulting landscape. Clients choose us because we partner closely with them to define the right strategy, and, just as importantly, to commit to delivering it. Our “Strategies that Stick” promise resonates deeply, reflecting a strategy-first approach combined with hands-on execution to ensure our work translates into clear, actionable implementation paths. This promise is brought to life through the strength and commitment of our team. Over the years, multiple Level5 consultants have been recognized by Consulting Magazine as leaders in strategy and transformation. These acknowledgments reflect both the depth of talent across our firm and the impact our people create through their work, as well as the expectations we set for ourselves and the standards we bring to our clients each day.
Please join us in welcoming two new team members to the Level5 team! Kimber Stokes - Analyst Yohan Fernandes - Consultant We’re excited to have them on board and look forward to the impact they’ll make with our team and our clients.
Yesterday, we had the opportunity to celebrate our winning culture as Level5 was recognized with both Canada’s Most Admired Culture Award and one of the Best Workplaces. A double win for our entire team! It was an honour to be recognized alongside such a strong group of organizations, and to hear from inspiring leaders across both events, including the “Purpose-Led Strategy” panel moderated by our President, Michael Carter. Thank you to Waterstone Human Capital and Great Place To Work Canada for this recognition, and, most importantly, to our team for the consistency, care, and commitment they bring to building our culture every day.
For over 20 years, Level5 has helped organizations build strategies that stick, and our culture is one of the most important factors that makes this possible. From collaboration to accountability, it is the commitment and consistency of how we work together that makes the difference. Hear how that shows up day to day in the words of our team.
