Last week Life360 had its first ever summer shutdown 🌞 Life360 became a remote first company in response to the pandemic. In the three years that we have been remote, we've taken the approach of experimentation and iteration, and through this approach we’ve learned that we get a lot of value from synchronized time off 💯 Synchronized time off gives everyone the opportunity to disconnect and recharge without feeling the constant need to “check in” or come back to a full inbox.
