We are thrilled to announce that, for the second consecutive year, Lube-Tech has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Minneapolis Star Tribune; and, for the first time, we have received the Top Workplaces award from the Des Moines Register as a Top 150 Employer in Iowa! The nomination process for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey conducted anonymously, and the Lube-Tech team voted very favorably on the company’s effectiveness, connection, leadership, and employee engagement. Over 2,500 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and over 200,000 employees shared their views. It is an honor to count Lube-Tech as a Top Workplace!

For several years now, Lube-Tech has partnered with Children's Cancer Research Fund's Care Partners Dinner Program. This amazing program allows Lube-Tech employees, friends and family to serve dinner to pediatric patients and their loved ones at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. Our Lube-Tech volunteer team had the rewarding experience of serving food & smiles to many families who's children are going through cancer treatments and difficult times.

We had our first Lube-Tech blood drive of 2020! Held at our Golden Valley location, Lube-Tech employees, friends, and family were able to donate 29 units of life saving blood. A total of 12 volunteers, 27 blood donors, 2 power red donors, 4 American Red Cross staff, and a whole lotta laughs made for another great event! Thank you to everyone who participated!
Because of the generous contributions from employees, customers and friends, we were able to donate over 450 toys and $1,500 to the Toys for Toys Foundation. Thank you to everyone who reminded us how impactful a simple gesture can be!
Thank you to all who participated in this year's Movember! Whether you grew a mustache to help spread the word about men's health, donated, or took actions to improve your own health, you are making a difference! Because of all the generous donors, Team Lube-Tech was able to raise $8,585 for the Movember Foundation!
On November 7th Lube-Tech employees and members of our community packed 1300 troop boxes - sending some holiday cheer to our service men and women who are not able to be home for the holidays! This is our 14th annual troop box event and we look forward to it every year!
