Milacron's Global HR Leaders came together in April for a week-long HR Summit in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Team focused on aligning 2019 goals, forming connections with each other and establishing a shared HR Vision and Values of a high performing team. There were even special visitors during an offsite event at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens, including Buddy the Penguin and Board Member, Tim Crow.
The DME team in Madison Heights, Michigan helped bring Christmas to patients at the Children's Hospital of Michigan by donating toys to those that will be in the hospital over the holidays.
Everyone here at Milacron wants to send out a big congratulations to all the runners that raced in the Flying Pig Marathon this past weekend. Just finishing the event is a major accomplishment for any runner. This year, Team Milacron had over 35 runners and everyone did an outstanding job. Several team members completed their first marathon, half marathon and 10K while many others had a personal best! This year the Flying Pig Marathon registered 43,127 total weekend participants, a 13% increase from 2017, representing all 50 states and 22 countries. Milacron is proud to be part of a community that showcases such amazing support and enthusiasm for great charitable causes! And, we appreciate everyone who donated, volunteered or otherwise contributed to a successful event and weekend!
