Just 6 years ago, we started out with a bold mission. Now we’re a team of 500 incredible people across the US and UK. It’s fair to say a lot has changed. We’ve gone through multiple rounds of record-breaking funding and we now have a community of over 5000 apprentices working for over 300 of the world’s most exciting companies. But there’s one thing that’s remained exactly the same since the day we started and that’s our mission. We’re empowering a diverse group of future leaders through apprenticeships, unlocking access to the best careers and opening up routes to the boardroom for people throughout their career journey. Our mission is as bold as it was on the day the company was founded and we need amazing people to continue achieving it. So, if you’re looking for the next step on your career journey, consider taking that step with Multiverse: https://www.multiverse.io/en-GB/careers
President at Multiverse, Jeremy Duggan, has taken three companies to billion dollar valuations and now has his sights set on supercharging Multiverse’s mission. Here, he reveals ‘The 3x Rs’, a tried and tested philosophy for success. “Years and years of data and analysis has proven beyond any doubt that following this methodology effectively gives you the winning lottery ticket… If we do this right at Multiverse, we’ll change hundreds of thousands of lives on this journey.”
We’re delighted to welcome our sixth cohort of Associate Coaches to the Multiverse Academy. The Academy is our in-house training programme where we take aspiring coaches from a variety of professional and academic backgrounds and develop them into fully-fledged Multiverse Coaches. Whilst on the programme, Associate Coaches get to work with apprentices, shadow Multiverse Coaches, learn our curriculum and develop their coaching and teaching skills. When they graduate from the Academy, Associates become Multiverse Coaches, taking on their own dedicated cohorts and making an impact on the lives of apprentices every single day. Have you got what it takes to join the Multiverse Academy? Find out more and apply.
Multiverse, a UK startup that works with organizations to develop these apprenticeships, and then helps source promising, diverse candidates to fill those roles, has raised $44 million, funding that it will be using to spearhead a move into the US market after picking up some 300 clients in the UK and thousands of apprentices.
