Have you met NOW CFO's Regional Partner, Kris Peterson? Kris Peterson joined NOW CFO in 2011, and is a Regional Partner for the Seattle, Sacramento, Portland, Bend and San Francisco offices. Kris has actively provided CFO and Controller for many public and private companies in manufacturing, technology and retail services. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling and projections, cash flow management, raising capital, and accounting integration. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Kris spent many years as an audit manager with Grant Thornton where he worked on some of their most challenging engagements. Kris attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and obtained a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting. He maintains an active CPA license.
Have you met NOW CFO's President, Jed Jones? Jed Jones joined NOW CFO as the President in 2018. He has extensive accounting, management, and operational experience. Jed has worked as a Controller and Audit manager for several local based firms and brings deep technical expertise on accounting related issues. He’s known for his leadership skills, work ethic and ability to build & cultivate teams through coaching and mentoring. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Jed was leading a large service organization where he led the team to unprecedented growth. He’s also held a General Manager role where he led operational performance while successfully navigating a complex merger of several companies. Jed received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Professional Accountancy from Weber State University. Jed loves to spend time with his wife and kids and enjoys volunteering in his community.

Have you met NOW CFO's Regional Managing Parnter, TJ Delight? TJ Delight joined NOW CFO in 2009, and is a Regional Partner in the Los Angeles, San Diego, Long Beach, and Newport Beach California offices. TJ provides CFO and Controller solutions for various public and private companies. His most recent projects include CFO services, and complex accounting for public and private entities in food processing, manufacturing, and financial services. Prior to joining NOW CFO, TJ worked as a Controller/acting CFO for Fusion Holdings where he played a vital role in managing and completing the due diligence, financial analysis and integration of a successful multimillion-dollar acquisition. Later, he worked as a Senior Associate with Deloitte and served on the committee for Utah First Credit Union. TJ attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. He went on to earn a Master of Accountancy from Weber State University, and currently maintains an active CPA license.
Have you met NOW CFO's Managing Partner? Chris Badger joined NOW CFO in 2014 and is a Partner in the Salt Lake City, Utah office. Chris is a hard driving Senior Accounting professional who brings a broad and diverse industry experience to his clients. He has extensive experience in external financial reporting, support for Boards and investor relationships. Chris attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting as well as an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business. In his free time, Chris actively volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, and currently resides in South Jordan, Utah.

Her background in small business and strategic, outside-the-box thinking have enabled her to deliver tremendous value, both within and outside of the organization. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Sana worked for a Dallas-based startup; this was a natural fit for her as she comes from a family of small business owners. Her experience with these small businesses allowed her to very quickly learn the importance of establishing sound processes in effectively running a company. Sana’s experience allows her to think about each business from a holistic perspective and tailor solutions that fit well into the overall framework and vision of each client. Sana graduated from Baylor University in 2013. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world and learning other languages.
