The Chicago Optomi team welcomed 3 graduates from our training program! These ladies celebrated their first week in the Windy City on a beautiful scenic boat on the Chicago River. What better way to explore a new city?!
Our 8th Acadomi class has officially completed their first 2 weeks! They're have a blast learning the ins and outs of the industry and are looking forward to becoming full-fledged Optomites in just a few short months.
The Acadomi, Optomi's elite 3-month training program for sales and recruiting careers in tech, just finished coaching its SIXTH class of recent grads! This program focuses on teaching specialized technology skillsets in a competitively friendly environment with other like-minded individuals. We’ve coach nearly 100 recent grads, a few of them already contributing as top producers within their first year. Our unique program has yielded high performing recruiters and sales team members. We drive success by enrolling them in a specialized technology training curriculum that teaches unique recruiting approaches and furthers their communication and negotiation skills.

Traditional “Booing” gets a lucky twist for St. Patrick’s Day! With a donation of $25 to The TGB Foundation, we SHAM-rocked our friends & neighbors with a lucky sign while gifting a hospitalized child a “LUCKY” bag. The bag of entertaining items gives children in hospitals a little relief from the stress of daily tests & treatment. We believe in the power of a positive mental state to promote health and healing. We raised close to $10,000 for little patients this year. Bring the luck of the Irish (or a little Leprechaun flare) to friends every March. The 2023 campaign begins in February.
