Atlas Sand and Rock needed a new office space for their employees and to host customers. To achieve this, they demolished their existing building and opted for modular construction, which fit both their timeline and budget. They chose Pacific Mobile Structures because it was the only modular construction company that met with them onsite, in person, and guided them through the entire process. Pacific Mobile Structures provided a 57x60 permanent modular administrative office building, which met Atlas Sand and Rock's requirements. Additionally, they supplied two temporary relocatable office buildings, a 12x56 and a 12x44, to be used during the construction period. After the project, Atlas Sand and Rock purchased the 12x44 building for use at another location. #PacificMobileStructures #Modular #ModularConstruction #OfficeSpace
Lake Stevens School District needed to add more space to their Glenwood and Skyline Elementary Schools. Modular buildings were the best fit solution due to their speed, ease, and cost-effectiveness. While Lake Stevens School District had been a Pacific Mobile customer for many years, ordering standard relocatable classrooms, the Executive Director of Operations of Lake Stevens School District had been interested in investing in Pacific Mobile Structures’ esteemed SAGE Classrooms for many years. When this need arose, he decided it was the perfect time to make the long-anticipated investment. #PacificMobile #SAGEClassroom #modular #modularconstruction

Clayco undertook the construction of a significant mixed-use tower, encompassing retail, residential, and hospitality spaces on the revitalized Tempe Town Lake. The project posed unique challenges due to its underground parking garage component and proximity to the lake, requiring extensive engineering and design considerations. Without nearby office space for direct project oversight, Clayco turned to trusted modular construction partner, Pacific Mobile Structures. While having worked together in other markets, this marked Clayco's inaugural project with them in Arizona. Clayco values their commitment to delivering on time with speed and ease. Pacific Mobile Structures provided four 24X60 buildings. #PacificMobile #modular #modularconstruction #administrativeoffice
