Planet recently hosted an event with IGNITE worldwide where our panelists shared their unique stories with young students from Bay Area middle schools and high schools. The health and safety of Planets employees is a top priority. After conducting a company-wide survey to measure our COVID-19 response internally, the results were overwhelmingly strong. Directly related to our response and ongoing approach in ensuring employees, 'we have your back, we are here, how can we support you better?' Whether it's offering additional resources, connecting through virtual events to keep culture strong, or just asking how we can be supportive in other capacities, we continue to make efforts in this area as the world changes daily. Our 20% remote workforce before COVID-19 went to 100% in early March, and will continue to stay remote through the rest of 2020.
