Veterans Day isn’t just about saluting our troops or thanking them for their service. Veterans come from all over the country and travel all over the world. They have witnessed suffering and injustice in the most austere parts of the world, as well as protected the unique privileges of our democracy. Those who have chosen to defend our freedom have put themselves on-call and at risk 24-7. They have answered their calling with discipline, dedication, and loyalty. Today, we ask that you tell your loved ones what it means to be an American and what they have done for us. When our country called, they answered. Our world is safer because of them. Words cannot pay for what we owe them and their families. We honor the service of all U.S. veterans and hold their courage and integrity in the highest esteem.
Quiet Professionals received the 2021 Tampa Bay Inno Fire Award for our innovative humanitarian efforts in Afghanistan. The reason for the award is a Quiet Professionals dashboard and tracker built to help evacuate U.S. citizens and Afghan allies during the chaos of the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan in August 2021. The dashboard was built with our flagship commercial product, Cerebra Grey. Cerebra Grey combines the power of Esri’s ArcGIS geospatial technology with multiple sources of data to map and coordinate people, resources, and obstacles in real time. The innovative dashboard allowed the coordination of assistance for thousands of refugees and U.S. citizens. We brought together help from around the world, connecting AMCITS and SIVS in need with NGOs, non-profits, and Government Agencies working to safely and securely evacuate those left behind. Recently, Quiet Professionals celebrated the life of Maj (Ret) Thomas Greer, a.k.a. bestselling author Dalton Fury, with a sizable donation to the American Cancer Society. Major Greer passed away on October 21, 2016, after a battle with pancreatic cancer, leaving behind family and friends, including many within the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community. He retired in 2005 after over twenty years in the U.S. Army, including fifteen years in special operations units. After Major Greer retired, he wrote a true account, called Kill Bin Laden, about his experiences as the senior special operations ground force commander during the hunt for Osama Bin Laden in the Tora Bora mountains of Afghanistan in November 2001. He wrote under the pen name Dalton Fury. The proceeds from that book were donated to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. He also published a series of novels about a fictional Delta Force squadron. Find out more about Major Greer at the link.

Quiet Professionals is working around the clock to help evacuate people from Afghanistan. Our efforts have not stopped with the withdrawal of the U.S. troops from Kabul. Although we are profoundly grateful to those who are working with us to bring help to our friends and allies, the situation in Afghanistan is desperate. On Sunday, August 15, the Afghan government collapsed and the Taliban took control. By Thursday, August 19, Quiet Professionals had created a dashboard using our cloud-based advanced data analytics tool, Cerebra Grey, to help track those who needed help and those who could help them, both inside and outside the country. Our first goal was to assist with evacuations, but we intend to continue our support to help evacuees find shelter, then rebuild their lives in in new lands. Much help is needed. Please contact us at parf.us to assist evacuees with financial support and other assistance. Read about how you can help at the link.

That’s why Quiet Professionals — a CVE-Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) — is dedicated to ensuring veterans have the support they need after transitioning out of the military.
