This week, Quorum was grateful to be able to host a Lunch and Learn with current team members and clients who have served in the United States armed services to hear about their reasons for joining the armed services, their transition into the civilian workforce, and what employers like Quorum can do to be an inclusive work environment.
Almost three years after starting inclusion and diversity initiatives at Quorum, we hit a major milestone. This month, Quorum won Best Tech Workplace for Diversity in DC. This award represents hundreds of hours of work from many people committed to building a workplace where all team members feel like they belong and can contribute.
