Ruby Corps, our philanthropy program, offers 8 hours of paid volunteer time per year. Rubys are welcome to use this time during or outside of their scheduled shifts, through Ruby-sponsored events with our three nonprofit partners, or independently with other causes that they're passionate about. Each office location also receives additional budget to support neighborhood causes that local Rubys feel connected to. Finally, Ruby offers charitable donation matching of up to $100 per employee, per year, allowing Rubys to double their impact on their favorite causes. On Friday, six Rubys from our Pearl office sorted food donations at the Oregon Food Bank, one of our nonprofit partners. This was our 15th volunteer day at the Oregon Food Bank this year!
