Rutter’s is seeking Assistant General Counsel to act as the point of contact for legal matters affecting Rutter’s companies. Practice will include liquor licensing, general corporate, contract, employment law. Counsel will also act as a liaison for Rutter’s companies in legal matters, and coordinate with outside counsel as needed. This includes reviewing and drafting contracts, compliance information, employment matters and other tasks as assigned. Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment is needed. License to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania is a requirement, practice in MD and/or WV a plus, but not required. Looking for a commercial attorney with minimum 3 years of experience.
