We consider our Ohio area potential applicants very lucky—they have a chance to be recruited by Zahra! Zahra is a Senior Recruiter based in Gahanna, OH. She was born in Somalia and grew up in San Diego. Zahra also has many interests and skills: she’s bilingual (she speaks English and Somali) and describes herself as a big foodie. She is currently the Field Recruiter for our teams in Perris and Ontario, CA. She will soon be bringing her recruiting skills to Fontana and City of Industry. Recruiting is not Janelle’s only skill, she’s also a certified Zumba instructor! She started as a Recruiter and has recently been promoted to Recruiting Manager. Her job has allowed her to support communities by helping people find work. Scott joined the SIMOS team as a Warehouse Associate at our Lebanon, OR, job site. He worked in that position for two years before being promoted to field recruiter. “SIMOS has given me the opportunity to make something more of myself. I have been able to grow so much as an employee and a person. The work I have done as an associate and recruiter have pushed me beyond my comfort zone physically and mentally, but I have risen above all odds, and I have made myself proud.
